Sales Lady Job Description:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing abayas or other products, ensuring their needs are met.
- Take accurate measurements and apply them to create custom-fit abayas based on company standards.
- Provide detailed information about products, including fabric, design, and care instructions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and courteously.
- Encourage customers to purchase products and maximize sales opportunities.
- Process payments (cash or credit) and issue receipts accurately.
- Maintain sales records and report daily sales and expenses.
- Update and maintain a database of customer profiles and measurements.
- Contact customers via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to update them on new items or promotions.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including displays and merchandise areas.
- Assist in exhibitions when required, including recording and reporting sales or orders.
