Sales Lady Job Description: 

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing abayas or other products, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Take accurate measurements and apply them to create custom-fit abayas based on company standards.
  • Provide detailed information about products, including fabric, design, and care instructions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and courteously.
  • Encourage customers to purchase products and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Process payments (cash or credit) and issue receipts accurately.
  • Maintain sales records and report daily sales and expenses.
  • Update and maintain a database of customer profiles and measurements.
  • Contact customers via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to update them on new items or promotions.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including displays and merchandise areas.
  • Assist in exhibitions when required, including recording and reporting sales or orders.
